Another example of our complete package, again to tight time scales that were customer led, this time for the car industry.

This particular system is for car door panels and takes the operator step by step through an assembly process with a vision system which then validates the correct operation to be carried out. The operator selects the variant to be built and the H.M.I. takes them through the build process, guiding the operator as to the correct component and colour to be fitted. As the various parts are fitted the system either confirms they are correct via the Vision system or by a handheld barcode reader. Once the door panel is fully assembled the system prints a batch label, complete with barcode, to enable identification when it is has been fitted to the end product.
